When will I receive my tax documents?

We intend to issue 1099-DIVs for our funds at the end of January.

For investors who owned Fundrise eFund shares during tax year 2025, Schedule K-1s are expected to be delivered in late-March and Schedule K-3s in mid-April. The Fundrise eFund has since been merged into the Growth eREIT, and tax year 2025 is expected to be the final year these forms are issued.

To determine which types of funds you own, please refer to the Portfolio tab of your investor dashboard.

When your tax documents are issued, they should be posted to the Documents tab of your investor dashboard.
