If your portfolio was allocated across multiple funds during the tax year, you may receive multiple tax forms.
You should receive a Form 1099-DIV for each fund in your portfolio that generated $10 or more in total distributions during the tax year.
If you owned Fundrise eFund shares at any point during tax year 2025, you should receive a Schedule K-1 and a Schedule K-3. The Fundrise eFund has since been merged into the Growth eREIT, and tax year 2025 is expected to be the final year these forms are issued.
To determine which types of funds you owned during the tax year, please refer to the Portfolio tab of your investor dashboard.
