Will I receive a form 1099-MISC?

You may receive a Form 1099-MISC if you acquired promotional shares through our invitation program.

Note: Because of IRS minimum earnings requirements, investors should only receive 1099-MISC if they received more than $600 in promotional shares in a given year.
