If you liquidated any Flagship Real Estate Fund, Income Real Estate Fund, Innovation Fund, or eREIT shares in your portfolio during the previous tax year, you should expect to receive a Form 1099-B.
We expect 1099-Bs to be distributed on an annual basis in late January.
You can find any previously released tax documents for your account on your Documents Tab under the “Tax Documents” section.
If you closed your account, any future tax documentation will be mailed to the address we have on file for you.
