You should receive a Form 1099-DIV for each fund in your portfolio that generated aggregate distributions of at least $10 or more in the given tax year.

If you liquidated any eREIT/Interval fund shares in the prior year, you should expect to receive a Form 1099-B for each fund.

If you owned Fundrise eFund shares at any point during tax year 2025, you should receive a Schedule K-1 and a Schedule K-3 (generally relevant only for international tax reporting). These forms report activity from before the eFund was merged into the Growth eREIT. Tax year 2025 is expected to be the final year K-1 and K-3 forms are issued.

To determine which types of funds you own, please refer to the Portfolio tab of your investor dashboard.
