If you owned Fundrise eFund shares at any point during tax year 2025, you should expect to receive a Schedule K-1. If you did not own eFund shares during tax year 2025, you should not receive a Schedule K-1.
The Fundrise eFund has since been merged into the Growth eREIT, and no investors currently hold eFund shares. Tax year 2025 is expected to be the final year Schedule K-1 forms are issued for former eFund shareholders.
A Schedule K-1 reports an investor’s share of income, gains, losses, deductions, and credits from a partnership. The Fundrise eFund was structured as a partnership, which is why former eFund shareholders may receive this form.
Schedule K-1s are typically made available in late March of the year following the tax year being reported.
Once issued, your Schedule K-1 will be available in the Documents tab of your investor dashboard under Tax Documents.
