The Innovation Fund intends to purchase securities of high-growth private technology companies at a pre-public company share price, among other investments. Shareholders stand to benefit from a potential liquidity event, such as a traditional initial public offering, acquisition or merger, in any of the underlying investments.
Any potential returns will be based on the change in value of the shares of the Innovation Fund over time — appreciation. You should not expect to receive any dividends from this investment.
