How do I invest in the Innovation Fund?

You can directly invest in the Innovation Fund from the fund’s Offering page after signing in.

You can also place an investment in the Innovation Fund by choosing the Venture Capital investment plan from the Investment Plan section of your account settings.

After selecting your investment plan, you can invest by selecting Add funds from your dashboard or by visiting the Invest page.

Note: Any investment in the Innovation Fund will need to be funded with new money from your external bank account. Investors cannot transfer any of the value of your Fundrise real estate portfolio into an Innovation Fund investment.
