You should have received an email from Fundrise indicating that your investment is on hold if your bank account could not be verified.
First, in order to invest through an individual account, we typically require that you link a bank account in your name and social security number.
If required, you can add a new bank account from your account settings.
Once added, please mark the bank account as “Primary.”
Then, you can navigate to the transactions page of your dashboard to update the bank account associated with your order. To do so, click on the pending investment and then “Edit Bank.”
