If you can’t log in with your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, you can reset your 2FA by verifying your identity. To get started:

  1. Log in using your email and password on the Fundrise website or iOS app.
  2. When prompted for a two-factor code, click “Verify another way.”
  3. Verify your identity by uploading a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license). Please have this ready before you begin.
  4. Once verified, you’ll be able to reset your two-factor authentication and regain access to your account.

Note: This option is not currently available on the Android app.
