If you can’t log in with your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, you can reset your 2FA by verifying your identity. To get started:
- Log in using your email and password on the Fundrise website, iOS app, or Android app.
- When prompted for a two-factor code, click “Verify another way.”
- Verify your identity by uploading a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license). Please have this ready before you begin.
- Once verified, you’ll be able to reset your two-factor authentication and regain access to your account.
