You can update your phone number directly from your investor dashboard by going to Profile & Preferences and selecting Edit next to the Mobile Number section under Personal Information.
If you are unable to access your account because an outdated phone number is being used for two-factor authentication (2FA), you will first need to verify your identity on our platform. To get started:
- Log in using your email and password on the Fundrise website or iOS app.
- When prompted for a verification code, click “Verify another way.”
- Verify your identity by uploading a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license). Please have this ready before you begin.
- Once verified, go to Profile & Preferences and select Edit next to the Mobile Number section under Personal Information.
Note: This option is not currently available in the Android app.
