Who is eligible to invest in the Fundrise iPO?

Fundrise investors with $500+ invested on our platform will be eligible to invest in the Fundrise iPO within their first year of investing.

Keep in mind that the Fundrise iPO is offered in limited investment windows throughout the year. Ahead of your chance to invest, we will be in touch with more information.

Once the iPO window is open, you will have one week to invest or until the offering is sold out.

The minimum initial investment for the Fundrise iPO is ~$500 and the maximum investment is limited to 100% of your principal invested.
