How do I track the performance of my iPO investment?

You can track any change in the Fundrise iPO share price on the portfolio tab of your dashboard by navigating to the “portfolio breakdown” section, clicking the drop-down next to “Other” and clicking on “Fundrise iPO”.

From this page, you can view the estimated value of your Fundrise iPO shares, as well as the price-per-share value since inception.

Please note, your initial purchase price of Fundrise iPO shares is included in your total account balance listed on your dashboard, instead of the latest per-share offering price.

We believe it is more conservative to report the value of Fundrise iPO shares using the initial purchase price of the shares, instead of the latest per-share offering price because the Fundrise iPO is a long-term, illiquid investment, and there is presently no market for these shares.
