Investment Summary

We’ve invested $270,000 in a 10-unit rental apartment building located in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC. The owner, Valor Development, has begun renovations on the property to gradually increase rent.

Valor Development focuses on mixed-use and multifamily development within the Washington, DC area. Valor has overseen the development and construction of over 360,000 square feet of real estate, with total value in excess of $170 million.

The property is located in the heart of urban, walkable Dupont Circle. Located in the “old city” of Washington, DC, Dupont Circle is home to embassies, landmarks, and some of DC’s best dining and shopping. The property is three blocks from the Dupont Circle Station on the Metro’s Red Line, a 5-to-15 minute ride from downtown offices, Union Station, and the National Mall.
