The project’s sponsor, Evergreen Housing, plans to build a mix of apartments and townhomes ranging from one to five bedrooms with high-end finishes and luxurious amenities, including a pool, clubhouse lounge, and fitness rooms.
Evergreen Housing is a real estate development company that specializes in rental communities in the Pacific Northwest. Evergreen’s current portfolio, pipeline, and track record is comprised of 2,700 units across Washington and Oregon, valued in excess of $400 million.
Portland population growth and unemployment rate exceeds national averages. Major employers include healthcare, technology, education, and government. Portland’s low unemployment rates and diverse job market attract a young, well-educated population in need of rental housing.
