Investment Summary:

We’ve invested approximately $2.5 million in a new 158-unit apartment community in Salt Lake City, Utah. The brand-new building features a fitness center, resort-inspired spa, and clubhouse. In addition to the amenities, Moda Bonneville is in the central city neighborhood with an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby.

JF Capital is a Utah-based real estate investment firm with experience in building luxury apartment buildings within Salt Lake City. Since 2007, JF Capital has developed, constructed, and acquired over $700 million of real estate assets.

Salt Lake City has become a hub for tech CEOs looking to expand or move their offices. As more companies move to the city and population increases, unemployment is dropping well below the national average. Expanded offices from Amazon and Stadler are expected to create 2,500 additional jobs and will help fuel the influx of millenials.
