We’ve invested in the Residence at Austin Bluffs, a fully stabilized 312-unit apartment complex in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Amenities at the Residence at Austin Bluffs include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and convenient location near a number of major retailers.

The Sponsor, Vukota Capital Management, is an experienced Denver-based real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions. Vukota Capital looks to acquire opportunistic value-add properties in niche sectors that exhibit strong demographic trends and historical resistance to economic downturns. Colorado Springs is an attractive market for businesses, particularly high-tech and medical-related companies, due to the high quality of life and highly educated workforce. Recently, MoneyRates.com ranked Colorado Springs the 5th “Best Place to Live,” and 5th in “Ten Places Where Rents Are On The Rise” by Huffington Post.
