We’ve invested $8 million in The Aventine at Oakhurst North, a 464-unit apartment community in Naperville, a western suburb of Chicago. The project’s sponsor, JVM Realty Corporation, has begun renovations on the property including updated kitchens, new flooring, a renovated clubhouse, expanded fitness center, and new exterior paint.
JVM is a real estate owner-operator that was founded in 1975 and focuses on acquiring, renovating, managing, and selling apartment communities primarily located in the Midwest. JVM currently operates a $700 million multifamily portfolio across 17 properties.
Naperville is a charming community just 28 miles west of downtown Chicago that is consistently listed among the top places to live in the country. Major interstates and the Metra train provide transportation options to major employers in Chicago. Residents are also attracted to the affluent community’s education system, as the county boasts one of the most desired school districts in the state.
