The following eREITs and eFunds have initiated a proposed merger with the Flagship Fund that is anticipated to be completed before the end of the calendar year: Growth eREIT, Growth eREIT II, Growth eREIT III, Development eREIT, East Coast eREIT, West Coast eREIT, Heartland eREIT, and Fundrise eFund. This action is intended to enhance long-term returns for existing shareholders through greater diversification, minimized operating costs, and increased economies of scale. As a part of the normal merger process, it is possible that new redemption requests for these specific Funds may be paused for a brief period after June 30th until the final steps of the merger are complete. Redemptions or repurchase notices for the Flagship Fund are expected to operate as normal during this period.

There is no required action on your part at this time — any shares held in any of the participating funds at the time of the merger will be automatically converted into shares of the resulting interval fund in an amount equal to the value of those holdings, and will automatically become diversified across all the assets held by the new fund once the merger becomes effective.
