We expect to make the iPO available for you to invest starting in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, here are a few additional details on how the offering works, your eligibility, and what you need to know before making a potential investment.
You can learn more about your eligibility status as well as your potential maximum iPO investment on the iPO offering page.
How is my eligibility determined?
Your eligibility is based on the amount you have invested with Fundrise (specifically your cost basis, as opposed to your account value). You must have at least $500 invested with Fundrise to be eligible to invest in the Fundrise iPO.
If you are currently ineligible and want to become eligible to invest in the iPO, you can do so by investing the amount necessary to reach $500 invested in your portfolio.
How is my maximum investment determined?
Your maximum investment is equal to 100% of the amount you have invested with Fundrise (again, this is cost basis, not account value). For example, if you have invested $2,000 with Fundrise, you can invest up to $2,000 in the iPO.
If you’re interested, you can increase your maximum potential investment in the iPO by investing more in your portfolio. Continuing with the hypothetical example above, if you were to invest an additional $1,000 into Fundrise (bringing your total amount invested to $3,000), you would now be able to invest up to $3,000 in the iPO. There is a simple calculator on the offering page if you want to understand how different investments could impact your maximum iPO investment.
Note: Any additional investment you make must settle before it is factored into your maximum iPO investment. This process typically takes 4-5 business days.
What is the current price per share?
The current price per share for the Fundrise iPO is $15.90. You can view a historical record of the share price, as well as additional key metrics we report on regularly, all on the offering page.
How do I invest?
When the offering becomes available to you - don’t worry, we’ll send you an email - you will be able to log in to your account and place an investment from the iPO offering page. There will be an item in the Spotlight section of your account overview if you lose track of the link.
Note: Any Fundrise iPO investment will need to be funded with new money from your external bank account. You cannot transfer any of the value of your existing portfolio into iPO investment.
