In December 2015, we invested in the acquisition of The Woodlands, a 100-unit luxury townhome community in Snoqualmie, Washington, just outside the flourishing city of Seattle. Today, we’re pleased to announce that the investment has paid back, earning an internal rate of return of approximately 11.1%.

At the time of closing, this was our second investment with this borrower, Evergreen Housing Development Group, a Seattle-based multifamily owner and developer. Through the success of these investments, we’ve developed a strong relationship with the borrower, and have since invested in two additional projects: Tapteal on the Columbia Apartments and The Villages at Beavercreek.
