Back in May, we invested in the construction of a 29-unit condo building in Koreatown, Los Angeles. As you can see from this aerial video taken July 9, the lot has been cleared and crews are already beginning to move building materials onto the job site.
This project is just one of dozens of investments we’ve made in Los Angeles, where systemic undersupply of new housing creates opportunities for attractive returns. We anticipate completion of construction in early 2020, and look forward to providing you with further updates on this project.
