Investors can choose between one of our four investment plans; Supplemental Income plan, Long-Term Growth plan, Balanced Investing plan, or Venture Capital plan.
Each investment plan on our platform has a unique risk and return profile, allowing you to choose the plan that’s right for you and your personal investment goals. Below we’ve highlighted some key differences:
- Strategy and Allocation: This plan is built to maximize quarterly dividends for investors. The majority of assets within this plan are projects wherein we expect to earn regular income, for example, by providing capital to real estate developers.
- Strategy and Allocation: By directly investing (taking an equity position) in assets with the potential to grow in value over time, this plan aims to generate returns mostly through appreciation instead of dividends.
- Strategy and Allocation: Think of this as a mix between the Long-term growth and Supplemental Income plans and is expected to have a more balanced mix of potential long-term appreciation and dividends.
- Strategy and Allocation: This plan aims to give all investors the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of top-tier private technology companies before they IPO by investing in the Innovation Fund. Due to the nature of high-growth technology companies, it is expected that returns would be in the form of appreciation over the long term.
