What are the benefits of being an accredited investor?

Accredited investors can invest directly in the majority of our funds that are closed to non-accredited investors and are expected to have access to other exclusive offerings.

Our eREITs have fundraising limits under Regulation A, which means from time to time we suspend non-accredited investors from investing in our eREITs to ensure each eREIT does not exceed its capital-raise limit. However, accredited investors may still be able to invest in them under Regulation D for a minimum investment of $10,000.

Additionally, accredited investors have access to exclusive Regulation D offerings such as the Opportunistic Credit Fund.
