Your Innovation Fund shares will become publicly traded stock (VCX) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. You'll own the same number of shares of the same portfolio — the Fund simply becomes tradeable, meaning your stock can be sold on the stock exchange.
Your shares are currently being held at Computershare (our transfer agent). From there, you'll be able to transfer them to any brokerage account of your choice once the lockup period ends.
