Do I need to file in each individual state in which I have an investment?

For the eREITs, you should not have any individual state filing requirements.

For the Fundrise eFund, your individual state filing requirements will depend on your state of residence. In some cases, a composite tax filing may eliminate the need for an investor to file at the state level. More detailed instructions are provided in your K-1 tax package.
