Inspira Financial, the custodian for Fundrise IRAs, charges an annual fee of $125. This fee should be automatically paid directly from your linked checking account, and is expected to be charged three months after your IRA is opened and annually thereafter.

There are two ways to get your annual IRA fee of $125 waived:

  • Earn a one-year fee waiver when you invest $3,000 or more into your IRA.
  • Secure an automatically recurring annual fee waiver when you achieve and maintain an IRA value over $25,000.
