No. At this time, due to regulations, our investments are only available to permanent, US residents and US-based entities.
We are also unable to accept investments from US territories due to tax implications.
If you are over the age of 18, have a permanent US residency, a valid US tax ID, and file taxes in the US, you should be able to invest on our platform.
If you have a US-based entity, you can invest through that vehicle, so long as it has a US tax ID number. We cannot accept pass-through or disregarded entities at this time as a result of foreign withholding regulations. Your entity must file and pay taxes in the US.
