What is DRIP?

Definition: Fundrise's Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP) automatically reinvests an investor's quarterly distributions back into Fundrise offerings, allowing returns to compound over time without requiring any manual action.

Rather than receiving distributions as cash, DRIP participants see those amounts converted into additional fund shares which then generate their own future distributions, creating a compounding effect that can meaningfully improve long-term returns.
