If you've got a big dog, you've probably done the math. Rottweilers, Berners, Great Danes — most don't make it past 10 or 12. Loyal's drug goes after the cause: a growth-hormone pathway that fails to shut off once the dog is fully grown, accelerating cellular aging from the inside.
