ArtHouse is a sustainable arts-centered apartment building for the Pacific Northwest College of Art. The 48,000sf project includes 130 beds, a library, garden, and three retailers bringing vitality to the North Park Blocks.

Blackbox, an adaptively reused two-story 9,000sf building in the emerging West End retail district, includes two offices and six boutique retail spaces showcasing Portland’s best up and coming clothing/accessory designers.

Skybox builds on the rapidly growing student community catalyzed by its sister project, Courtside. The 93,000sf project includes 233 beds, game room, library and a local sport themed restaurant. Skybox is LEED Gold certified.
