One World Trade Center, the tallest building in the western hemisphere, opened its doors to tenants and visitors last month, over 8 years since construction began.

A symbolic 1,776 feet, towering over Downtown Manhattan, the final price tag on this iconic skyscraper ran into the billions, making it the most expensive office building ever built; however, it was only enough to make it the second most expensive real estate project in the US.
