- Better, faster, cheaper product - when Risotto replaced the legacy solution Fundrise was using, we got a better product and a faster implementation at a lower cost.
- Impressive traction - Risotto has won over an impressive roster of customers including Retool, Medium, and Oklo in a short period after launch. This speaks to the depth of demand and the quality of their product.

Risotto monitors incoming IT issues and software access requests in Slack and automatically tickets and resolves them. For those it can't resolve, it helps an IT team member expedite resolution with helpful details. Risotto can also help a user solve issues it has learned from threads previously encountered. As an example, if an employee needs access to Canva or Databricks, Risotto can automatically check the requirements and either grant access or request permission from the relevant manager, all while recording the proper documentation.
This AI-enabled automation allows IT & HR to focus on higher-value work. Risotto provides a better, faster, and more secure support experience to companies of all sizes.
Fundrise experienced this first hand when we moved from an expensive, bloated ITSM provider to Risotto. We were blown away by the ease of the pro.
